Service Description
Zumba, which includes aerobic movements as well as dance moves, also includes fitness movements such as squats and lunges. Combining fast and slow rhythm music with cardio exercises and resistance training, Zumba allows all the muscles of the body to be worked, especially the waist, hips, buttocks and abdominal muscles.
