RETURNS, CANCELLATION TERMS

In accordance with the Consumer Legislation, the Member can withdraw from the Agreement and cancel his membership, provided that this Agreement is approved and the withdrawal notification is made to ClubMAM theclubmam@gmail.com within 14 (fourteen) days from the date of commencement of the membership, by means of a written notification to ClubMAM theclubmam@gmail.com. has the right. In this case, the said membership fee will be returned to the Member within 14 (fourteen) days without any deduction. In the case of membership cancellations made after the 14th day following the signing date of the contract (except for the "Cannot do sports" committee report from a full-fledged state hospital and the presentation of a document showing that he has moved out of the city/country), no refund will be made. However; In addition to receiving a report of inability to do sports or submitting documents showing that one has moved out of the city/country and being approved by ClubMAM, and in similar cases, a contract-expense deduction of 10% of the total contract price is applied, as well as the training fee and the "passing membership" as of the day the membership request is made. period” is calculated and the membership fee for the remaining period is refunded. In calculating the elapsed membership period, it does not matter whether the Member actually used ClubMAM  .

Except for the refund options listed below, memberships are non-refundable. Memberships cannot be used or transferred by anyone other than the purchaser of the service. ClubMAM reserves the right to unilaterally change the terms of membership.

You can make your return by choosing one of the following options;

Refund: You can return your purchased service within 14 (fourteen) days from the payment date. If you send the documents related to the payment to the above-mentioned address, the service fee will be transferred to your bank account. If you have used the service for a certain period of time, the service fee corresponding to the period you have used will be deducted and the remaining service fee will be refunded to you.

Changing with another subscription package: You can replace the service you have purchased with another service that corresponds to your current package during the subscription period. From the date you submit this change request to ClubMAM, it will be evaluated and approved if the quota of the programs is available. Otherwise, you must continue to use your current service. No refund will be requested for this reason.

 Discounts, campaigns, gift months, etc., applied on the signing date of this contract, are only valid for this contract. ClubMAM has no obligation to make the same practices for membership renewals and/or third parties; When ClubMAM does not extend the term of this membership agreement and when the membership ends; The Member reserves the right not to sell/renew a new membership without giving any reason.

CLUBMAM is obliged to reimburse all costs within 14  days from the date on which the notification regarding the use of the right of withdrawal by the consumer, pursuant to paragraph 1 of article 12 of the distance selling regulation, is met. You can return the product you purchased within 14 days from the day you receive it from the cargo, within the return conditions, by applying to CLUBMAM. Refund requests exceeding 14 days cannot be processed.

In order for the products to be returned within the scope of the right of withdrawal, the purchased product must not be damaged in its original box and packaging, it must be sent undamaged and complete at the same time, together with the invoice and all complementary accessories, as well as the promotional and campaign products given as a gift, if any. If the packages of the purchased products are opened, they cannot be returned within the scope of the right of withdrawal.

The use of the right of withdrawal in the following products is subject to the condition that the packaging of the product is unopened, intact and the product has not been used. Otherwise, refunds are not possible:

  • If the protective elements such as packaging, tape, seal, package are opened after the delivery of the goods, products related to books, digital content and computer consumables (Computer consumables, all kinds of software and programs, DVD, VCD, CD)

  • Products that are not suitable for return in terms of health and hygiene (cosmetics, headphones, etc.)

The products and services for which the right of withdrawal is not valid are as follows:

  • Goods or services whose price changes depending on the fluctuations in the financial markets and which are not under the control of the seller or the supplier.

  •  Products prepared in line with the consumer's requests or personal needs.

  •  Products that are perishable or may expire.

  •  Products that are mixed with other products after delivery and cannot be separated by nature.

  • Periodicals such as newspapers and magazines, other than those provided under the subscription agreement.

  •  Services for accommodation, transportation, car rental, food and beverage supply or rest, retreat, which must be done on a certain date or period.

  • Services performed instantly in electronic environment or intangible goods delivered instantly to the consumer.

  • Services that are started to be performed with the approval of the consumer before the expiry of the right of withdrawal.
