Mine MELEK

Melek, who graduated from Ege University School of Physical Education and Sports in 1999-2004, started sports life as a licensed basketball player from primary school to university years. Melek, who worked as a Sensory Integration Instructor for Children with Autism while studying at university, is also a former professional dancer.

He started his professional career as a Sports Instructor with Pilates, and has completed the Comprehensive program of 2 different Pilates schools since 2009, trained as a Master Trainer for a while, and had the opportunity to work with different schools abroad.

​

Melek, who has been in Sweden, Germany, Italy and the USA for her education, established Mamacademy by transforming this place, which she saw as a school, into an Academy with greater ideals, after her first Boutique Studio Club Mind Up (2014-2018), which she founded in 2014. (Academy of Movement Arts in the Mind) (2018-∞) It continues as The Club MAM by switching to a different concept in 2023.

Melek, who first met the Hammock discipline, which she calls “releasing the ropes of the mind” and which has its effects on the body, mind and spirit, for the first time in 2013 Italy Rimini Wellness, has been the person who brought this new fitness trend, which has rapidly increased its rise in recent years, to our country. Later, he represented our country many times as an International Trainer at this fair.

After a 320-hour training program between 2013-2017 and a 14-day camp in Orlando, between 2014-2020, he served as the Turkey Master of the training program of the USA-based AntiGravity Fitness brand. He parted ways with this brand at the beginning of 2021 and established the AirArtsAcademy - Air Arts Academy, where he synthesized his own technique and all his experience.

With this hammock technique , he contributed to the first official article in the world ;

He named it Multi-Gravitational Suspension-Based Therapy (M-Gravity).

In the light of his experience in the arts of movement, he continues his training programs and activities for everyone who wants to train themselves in the hammock discipline and progress on the path of yoga with the Air Arts Academy - Air Arts Hammock Yoga & Fitness School, which he founded in 2021 from the synthesis of his deep respect for Yoga.
