Aerial Hoop is an aerial acrobatic art. Acrobatics in the hoop (Lyra/Aerial hoop) shows are performed on a metal hoop suspended from a single point. Aerial Hoop can be used in a static or moving format. It is an exercise that increases power, strength, flexibility, endurance and aesthetics.
